Is the Corsa really that bad as a first car?

Honestly, I think the hate around the Corsa as a first car is a bit over the top. If it's been looked after, it’ll run just fine. Sure, it’s not the quickest, but it’s pretty reliable as long as you keep up with the basics! What do you think?

corsa definitely gets more criticism than it deserves. It's actually a pretty good pick because parts are affordable and easy to find and they're simple to repair which is great for beginners. For me it is a practical and cheap car which is exactly what many first-time car owners are looking for.
