My back is really bothering me these days. I keep seeing inversion tables online, such as the Teeter brand. Is this good?
Inversion tables works according to researchers, it improves your flexibility, and reduce spinal cord compression which is sometimes the reason why we're experiencing back pains... however, it may not be safe for everyone because there is still a risk of falling which can cause further injuries.

Sitting all day? Don't tell me... I guess this is the downside of working from home (like in my case). Or is it a different reason on your part? And regarding inversion tables... are these really that effective?
